The Baltic TTO Network Meeting 2025 unites leading knowledge and technology transfer professionals from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania for the second pan-Baltic gathering. This year’s forum serves as a dynamic platform to tackle the region’s most pressing challenges in science–business collaboration, intellectual property management, and entrepreneurship culture within universities, research institutes, and their surrounding innovation ecosystems.

At the heart of the conference, the Baltic TTO Network Panel will spotlight the strategic role of Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) in powering innovative ecosystems across the Baltics. Acting as vital bridges between academia and industry, TTOs have the potential to accelerate regional innovation by mobilizing stakeholders, championing entrepreneurship, and unlocking the full value of research.
